For the customer development projects, we transfer our rights to the client upon payment that is specified in the agreement.

All the development projects require signed agreements.
The scope of the project, its deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are pre-outlined.
Every project has payment schedules, and an initial deposit is followed by milestone-based payments.
Final payment will be deposited on the final submission of the project.
Late payments may result in project suspension.

WebBuggs reserves all the rights to charge for overdue payments and withhold the project utill payments are settled.  

WebBuggs doesn’t disclose or share the client’s information. We maintain confidentiality in every step.
We don’t share business strategies and project details with third parties without consent, except as required by law.   
Our clients also agree to keep workflows, methodologies, pricing structure, and development process confidential.
WebBuggs warrants to perform the services with professional care. However, we don’t guarantee that these services will meet all the specific requirements and deliverables that they will be error-free.

We try our best to give our maximum potential to the extent permitted by law.
However,  WebBuggs shall not be liable for any indirect or accidental, or consequential damages from your use of our website or any services.
Our liability claim will not exceed the total paid amount by the client. We disclaim this.  
This limitation applies solely in case of any illegal contract breach, and any legal theory.

We may integrate with third-party tools and platforms for protective services. We’re not responsible for the instant responsiveness of these third-party services. Although your use of these third-party services is governed by specific terms and conditions.
Dispute and Other Concerns
WebBuggs ensures to resolve any dispute over terms or services in a decent manner, even if it requires negotiation. If it fails, the dispute will be subject to the applied arbitration rules or the specific project agreement.

All these terms are governed by the laws of jurisdiction. WebBuggs handles these conflicts strategically according to the law provisions.  
Termination
WebBuggs reserves the right to terminate and suspend your access if you violate the terms of use of our services. It may also happen if it is found harmful and suspicious for the safety and protection of the other users and third parties.
Our Right to Change the Terms
WebBuggs also reserves the right to change, update, and modify these terms and conditions at any time. We’ll notify our users of these changes.
